Terms and Conditions

Admission fees
Are usually included. The main exception being properties in the care of the National Trust. Existing members are required to carry their membership cards.

Booking Confirmations
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Day tour bookings are non-transferrable from 14 days prior to departure.
Under 18’s need to be accompanied by an adult.

Company Cancellations & Amendments
Should there be inadequate demand, or it is impossible to run the trip for any other reason, we reserve the right to cancel the trip. In this case, all fares will be offered a credit note or refunded in full. It is therefore helpful when booking your ticket if you can ensure that your contact information is provided to enable us to contact you.
We cannot accept liability for cancellations that are made necessary by events or actions beyond our control (including, without limitation, acts of God, military operation, terrorism, a pandemic).
Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.

Customer Cancellations & Amendments
You may cancel your booking at any time, subject to the following conditions and charges:

If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before date of travel, we shall refund your monies paid less a cancellation charge of 20% of the full fare.
If you cancel your booking less than 14 days prior to travel the tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
NO REFUND CAN BE GIVEN FOR THEATRE TICKETS, ADMISSIONS OR LUNCHEON TICKETS WHICH HAVE BEEN PURCHASED ON YOUR BEHALF.

Children’s Fares
Children under the age of 13 inclusive are generally charged two thirds of the adult fare to the nearest £1.00.
All children need to have a seat, no sitting on laps
Child booster seats and restraints are to be supplied by the customer where necessary.

Cleaning Penalty
If the coach is left in a condition where additional cleaning is necessary, the customer concerned will be liable for the cleaning cost.

Complaints Should you find cause to complain about any of our trips it should be brought to the attention of the company’s representative at the time of the incident and put in writing to our office in Enfield Town within five working days of the incident occurring. It will then be investigated by Management and any compensation offered will be in the form of a credit note which will be dependent upon the nature of the complaint and the proportion of the trip affected.

Departure Times
The time shown on your ticket is the time the coach departs and cannot wait after this time.
Please be at your departure point at least 10 minutes early.
During the trip the driver will give you further details of stops.
We will not be held responsible for any passenger arriving late at any time.
Please be at the departure point early to avoid disappointment.
No refund can be made for your late arrival.

Dogs
May not be carried on our Coaches.

Itineraries
Schedules must be flexible so although we will endeavour to operate the tours as shown in our brochure, we will not be held responsible for traffic delays or other unforeseen problems which may cause the driver to alter an itinerary.

Lost Property
There is no guarantee that lost property can be traced. All property on our coaches is carried at ‘Owners Risk’ and the company will not be held responsible for items left on our vehicles whilst they are unattended i.e., Motorway Services.
In the event of property being left on a vehicle, please contact our office between Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 4.30pm to enquire. Items MUST be claimed within 3 weeks of travel, or it will be disposed of. All lost property MUST be collected from our south Mimms depot at a pre-arranged time.

Music
Music may not be played on our Coaches.

Polite Notice
Please do not disturb the driver while the coach is moving.
Verbal and physical abuse will not be tolerated. If you display such behaviour, you will be asked to leave immediately, and such behavior will be reported to the police.

Return Times
The time that the coach is scheduled to arrive back at Enfield Town is shown beneath each trip description. Other points will be correspondingly later or earlier. These times are only approximate and are intended as a guide only.

Seasonal Trips
The company will not take responsibility for any disappointment caused by inclement and unusual weather affecting seasonal tours, e.g., snowdrops, blossom, autumn colours, etc.

Seat Belts
Passengers are reminded that it is a legal requirement for them to always wear their seatbelts when the coach is in motion. Please wait until the coach stops before leaving your seat.

The company will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained by passengers moving around the vehicle whilst it is in motion.

Smoking, Hot Food and Alcohol
Smoking and the consumption of hot food or alcohol are banned on our vehicles.

Foldable Wheelchairs/Walkers/Buggies
Foldable wheelchairs/Walkers/Buggies may be stowed in the luggage hold. Folding mobility scooters with CE markings are permitted on our coaches as luggage. Non-folding scooters will not be permitted.

Coach Holidays
1. A non-refundable deposit of £60 per person, per holiday, is required to secure your booking.
2. A confirmation/invoice will be issued at time of booking that states the final balance which must be paid by the due date. If you do not pay your balance on time, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday and cancellation charges will apply.
3. Holiday bookings made within 8 weeks of departure, require immediate payment
4. If you choose to cancel your holiday for one or all persons, the below cancellation charges will apply.

Period before departure within which written cancellation is received
Amount of cancellation charge shown as % of holiday price
56 – 29 days = 50%
28 – 15 days = 75%
Less than 14 days before departure date = 100% (No Refund)

The liability of the Company is strictly limited to the price paid for the Tour ticket and the Company can accept no responsibility for loss. damage, injury or inconvenience beyond the value of the original booking.
It is strongly recommended that travellers take out holiday insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that the coach will depart at the advertised time where possible.
Please be at the departure point 10 minutes early to avoid disappointment.
No refund can be made for your late arrival.
