NATIONAL MEDIA MUSEUM, BRONTE COUNTRY AND THE WORTH VALLEY RAILWAY

Saturday 14th October to Sunday 15th October 2023 (2 Days)

On Saturday we drive direct to the vibrant City of Bradford to visit the National Media Museum, home to 10 free galleries devoted to film, photography Radio and Television where w can watch our favourite T.V. moments in “T.V.Heaven.” We stay at a local hotel overnight and on Sunday enjoy a steam train ride to Haworth, along the railway line used in the film “The Railway Children”. The town is spectacularly situated high on the West Yorkshire Moors and was the home of the Bronte family. Time for lunch here before returning home along the motorways. The tour fare includes dinner, bed and breakfast and a ride on the Worth Valley Railway, entry to the Media Museum being free of charge.

Home by approximately 8.00pm.
