Bank Holiday Monday 18th April to Friday22nd April 2022 (5 Days)

We are pleased to present this holiday based at the Royal Hotel Scarborough. Our hotel is near the sea front and offers en-suite rooms with modern facilities, including a lift. Scarborough is where historic charm and scenic splendour surround the beautiful Yorkshire coastline.
Bank Holiday

Monday: – Travel northwards along the Great North Road, stopping at the Brampton Garden Centre for coffee and Selby for lunch to arrive at our hotel during the late afternoon.
Tuesday: – Enjoy a leisurely drive along the coast. to the Bempton Bird Sanctuary (coffee) We continue around Flamborough Head to stop for lunch in the bustling resort of Bridlington and stop for tea in genteel Filey.
Wednesday: – Today we drive across the North Yorkshire Moors to visit Whitby with time for lunch and afternoon sightseeing. (There will also be the opportunity to travel on the” North Yorkshire Moors Railway” – Train Fare extra)
Thursday: – Free day in Scarborough. Time to relax in the attractive Belvedere Gardens or on the golden sands of the South Beach.
Friday: – Return home by way of the City of York where we have about 4 hours to explore its many attractions including: – City Walls, Minster, Jorvik Centre, Castle Museum and the National Railway Museum. During the afternoon we head southwards along the Great North Road. The tour is scheduled to arrive back in Enfield Town by approximately 8.00pm.
