NEWBURY AND WELFORD PARK SNOWDROPS

Break for lunch in the historic market town of Newbury alongside the Kennet and Avon Canal. We spend the afternoon at Welford Park situated in the Lambourne Valley where their famous Snowdrops were originally planted by Norman monks. The full “Snowdrop Walk” takes approximately 45 minutes. There is a gift shop and teas are available in the old laundry tearoom.
