Rottingdean and the Bluebell Railway – Saturday 12th April 2025

Drive direct to Rottingdean (lunch) on the South Coast and spend the afternoon on the Bluebell Railway which was the first preserved railway line to be opened following the “Beeching Cuts” of the 1960’s. We enjoy a return trip by a steam hauled train to East Grinstead. There is time for tea and a look around the Engine Sheds at Sheffield Park Station before arriving home by approximately 7.00pm.
